Our airport taxi driver had recommended a place called Bonci Pizzarium… Bonci's pizza and sandwiches were a great way to start our food journey.

A short walk from the Vatican Chic B&B. On the way we passed our first nasoni — the Roman street fountains shaped like fire hydrants that run cold drinking water all day. In that heat, it was a lifesaver.
