Cascate del Pisciadu — Waterfall Hike

A short, family-friendly hike to the Cascate del Pisciadu — a multi-tier waterfall coming off the Sella massif in the Dolomites.

Geography note: Cascate del Pisciadu is in the Dolomites (north of Tuscany), not in Tuscany proper. Plan transit time accordingly — a long day trip from Florence/Tuscany.

Visit notes (July 8)

• Trailhead near Passo Sella / Sella Pass
• ~30–45 minutes one-way on an easy graded trail
• Best in morning — afternoon light hits the falls beautifully but parking fills up
• Wear sturdy shoes even though it's "easy" — rocky in spots
• Bring a rain shell — Dolomite weather flips fast
