- Walk up from the Forum — same complex, no extra entry
- Best views of the whole Forum and the Circus Maximus racetrack
- Highlights: House of Augustus, Stadium of Domitian, Farnese Gardens (16th-century gardens layered on top of ruins)
- Shade is rare — bring water and a hat
- Allow 1–1.5 hours
